We offer you 100% Warranty for your first personal made to measure shirt! We promise that we don’t charge any additional costs to make adjustments to the size of your shirt. Our goal is to create optimal satisfaction. If the shirt doesn’t fit you , it is always possible to let it us know within 7 days after the delivery. Subsequently we will ask additional measurements by mail. Thereafter we will send you a brand new shirt within 3 weeks. Besides you can just keep your first shirt without sending it back to us.

As your shirt is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights. A replacement shirt will be produced, only if your first shirt does not fit (pt 1-3 Complaint document) or is the shirt is not in conformity with the order confirmation (pt 4-8 Complaint document). The complaint document has to be mailed to us maximum within 7 days from delivery date. The garment is produced especially for you to your unique requirements and so no returns can be made.

Go to Bivolino to "my account" => "my design and purchase" => "previously purchased" and fill in the complaint document: stipulate what's wrong and if needed we'll ask you for more measurements. We are taking care for a replacement shirt: Bivolino gives a 100% fit guarantee for the first shirt. The new shirt will arrive within 3 weeks. We will inform you by email on the progress of your new order. You do not have to send back your first non-fitting shirt. You can keep it for personal use but be aware that it is forbidden to sell it to others.

For replacement shirts, goods will arrive 3 weeks from the date we receive your return. We will contact you by email to update you on the progress of your new order.
