The majority of our fabrics come from South-Europe ( Italy), Turkey (including cotton from Egypt) and Roumenia. The shirts, produced in Europe (Romania) and Tunisia (EU-Mediterranean region), delivered by road (truck and boat), generate a carbon footprint of only 1.6 kg C0² / shirt (study done by www.ecolife.be). We refuse to produce in the Far- and Middle East, being obliged to use air transport, generating a carbon footprint of 6.8 kg C0² / shirt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY CHARGES
1. Payment
Bivolino.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and American Express. Psp Provider is Stripe.
2. Prices
The prices are interactive and change with the chosen fabric, style-options and monogram choices. Prices scale from £65,- up to £225,- for your bespoke made-to-measure shirts. Our prices are VAT inclusive.
BREXIT UK Rules
For shirt-orders under or at the value of £135, rather than paying import VAT at UK customs, Bivolino charge customers the UK VAT ( 20%) at checkout. Bivolino declares ( VAT nr GB369978019 - EORI GB369978019000) through the UK VAT return.
For orders above £135, Bivolino restitutes the UK VAT to customers, whom has to account for import VAT.
Import Custom Declaration is covered by CN22 ( order value <£370) and CN23 ( order value >£370); documents provided by Bivolino, joint with the Invoice.
The shirts apply for tariff no. HS: 62052000 and holds the Certificate of Origin: Europe, Belgium EUR1 VEN.S 598400
3. Delivery time and charges
We do deliver within 3 to 4 weeks for 9,-€ to Europe and 12,- to Non-EU countries UK, Switzerland, Norway and Canada and USA. During the summer (holiday) period, the delivery time increases to 5 to 6 weeks.Home delivery, as well as via Relay Points in Belgium and France.

How to care for your made-to-measure shirt
Your Bivolino shirt has been individually made to your measurements, combining quality fabrics, craftsmanship and personal style. Proper care helps preserve its fit, colour, comfort and appearance over time.
Follow these simple washing and ironing recommendations to keep your made-to-measure shirt looking its best.
Understanding shirt care symbols
1. Machine wash at 30°C – gentle cycle
Wash your shirt at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a gentle washing programme. Use a mild detergent and wash with similar colours.
Before washing, unbutton the shirt, including the collar and cuffs, and turn it inside out to help protect the fabric.
2. Do not bleach
Avoid bleach and bleaching agents, as they may damage the fabric fibres and affect the colour of your shirt.
3. Do not tumble dry
Tumble drying may cause unnecessary shrinkage, creasing and wear.
After washing, gently reshape your shirt and hang it on a suitable hanger to air dry naturally.
4. Iron at medium temperature – maximum 150°C
Iron your shirt at a medium temperature, up to 150°C, if permitted by the fabric care label.
For best results, iron while the fabric is still slightly damp. Pay particular attention to the collar, cuffs and button placket.
Additional tips for longer-lasting shirts
- Wash your shirt after use when necessary, avoiding excessive washing.
- Do not overload the washing machine.
- Remove your shirt promptly after the washing cycle.
- Hang it on a hanger and allow it to dry naturally.
- Store your shirt on a suitable hanger to help maintain its shape.

We offer you 100% Warranty for your first 'new customer' try-out made to measure shirt! We promise that we don’t charge any additional costs to make adjustments to the size of your first shirt. Our goal is to create optimal satisfaction . If the try-out shirt doesn’t fit, you can complain within 14 days the delivery. Subsequently we will ask additional measurements by mail, and we’ll remake the shirt. You can just keep your first shirt without sending it back to us.
As your shirt is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights. A replacement shirt will be produced, only if your first shirt does not fit or is the shirt is not in conformity with the order confirmation. The garment is produced especially for you to your unique requirements and so no returns can be made.
Our philosophy is not to reimburse you, but to offer you a shirt that you like.

A designer creates and purchases Bivolino shirts through the shirt configurator. As vendor he/she can also earn money for each sale done of his/her published shirts.

Gallery designers, purchasing Made to measure shirts at Bivolino.com benefit from traffic and marketing from Bivolino and get the affiliate commission for every own shirt design sold. As a designer selling your own made to measure shirt-design, you get the vendor commission for your product sold in our Gallery. This amounts to 5% of the net income of the shirt ( excl transport costs and VAT). Payout will be realtime through Paypal.
How does it works?
Considerthe the concept of the ‘designer-buyer’: indeed prior to become vendor you need to purchase your personalized shirts at Bivolino.com. Once produced, a photo will be taken and the shirt will be displayed in the Bivolino’s shirt Gallery, mentioning your name as designer (and vendor).
In fact, the image from your produced made to measure shirt is crucial, as published in the Gallery. Bivolino handles the photoshoot, as well as publishing the shirt. You send photos with the shirt you wear, which will be added to your shirt gallery and used for newsletters and communication purposes.

Intellectual property comprises of rights related to creative work .In a broader sense, this may also include personal rights. In Europe, copyrights come automatically into effect on the date the work is created. In order for your design to be considered a piece of work according to copyright law, it needs to exhibit a pertinent threshold of originality.
As a creator of a design, you can decide if and how you publish it. You can use your design in whatever way you want.
3. Fashion Trademarks Rights - Personal Rights-
In case your design contains your name or a picture of yourself, personal rights may be in place as well. The name and the rights to your own image enjoy special legal protection in many countries. However, structuring and extent of personal rights may differ from country to country.
4. How do we protect your fashion designs?
Bivolino publishes, with your acceptance your shirts in the Gallery. If you want to become a vendor, your shirts will be published in the Gallery.
5. How can you protect your design, and what can you do if your design is being used by third parties?
The best possible protection for your designs depends on a variety of factors, e.g. on its content, context, origin or use. We recommend referring rather intricate affairs to a lawyer specialised in intellectual property. A lawyer will be able to give advice on ways and means of defensibility for your design in case third parties should use it on a different website.
