Returns, changes and adjustments
My first shirt does not fit
New customers: report a fit issue with your first trial shirt within 14 days of delivery. Do not return it. After additional measurements, a replacement shirt is made at no extra cost.

Personalised production excludes change-of-mind returns and changes or cancellations after payment, without affecting your statutory rights, including for non-conforming goods.
How do I report a problem?
Contact Bivolino with your order number and a description of the issue. For another order or non-conforming goods, confirm the procedure before returning anything.
